Size 13 - 15 mm

Description

A large motteld brown bug with a broad abdomen that looks as if it is squashed

Adult

August through to the month of July

Latvae

May be found between July and September feeding on the ripeningseeds and leaves of the Dock family ( Sorrel , Dock etc )

Habitat

Many but mainly on damp vegaetation along hedgegrows and waste ground
